Budget:

The Budget Report is prepared by the Board of Directors. Historical information from previous years as well as expert advice from Brookfield Residential Services Ltd. form the base from which the Board determines the expenses for the upcoming year. The resulting document is utilized to calculate the common element contribution for the upcoming year.
